Executive leadership at the intersection of finance, technology, and systems.
Kate Koraia is an executive leader and speaker known for translating complexity into clarity, helping organizations modernize systems, guide transformation, and lead with confidence in a technology-driven world.
Most organizations do not struggle because of people.
They struggle because the systems underneath them do not work.
Disconnected processes. Misaligned technology. Lack of visibility. Kate helps leaders understand, redesign, and lead through that complexity.

About
Kate Koraia is an executive leader, speaker, advisor, and builder whose work has always centered on one thing: helping organizations run better, serve people better, and make room for real growth.
She began her career in finance and over the years built a path that stretched across operations, systems, leadership, and technology. What makes her perspective different is that she has seen organizations from the inside, not from a distance. She understands the pressure leaders carry when teams are working hard but the underlying processes are still holding everyone back.
She does not just look at the numbers. She looks at the people behind them and the systems shaping what is possible.
Kate came to the United States from the country of Georgia to continue her studies and build a future through discipline, education, and hard work. That journey still shapes the way she leads: grounded, resilient, deeply human, and never far removed from what effort really costs.
She has worked with organizations across the country and internationally, including some of the most respected nonprofit institutions and mission-driven companies. Her experience includes work connected to organizations such as the Rockefeller Foundation, the David Lynch Foundation, and many others, as well as a chapter in fintech where she served as a co-founder and CEO.
Her professional foundation includes an MBA, CPA licensure, executive education at Harvard Business School, the MIT Executive Program in Digital Transformation, project management studies at NYU, and years of trusted partnership work across Sage Intacct, BILL, Microsoft, Expensify, Ramp, and the broader finance technology ecosystem.
She is also a mother of three, surrounded by a beautiful family, two dogs, and a very intelligent cat named Anabella. An ex-marathon runner, she now turns to yoga, reformer pilates, and meditation for reflection. She cares deeply about children’s education, women’s advancement, and the kind of long-term work that helps build a more peaceful world.

Kate’s work with nonprofits is deeply personal. She believes nonprofit organizations help make the world better for all of us, and that stronger financial systems, better process design, and better-trained teams allow them to do that work with more freedom and greater impact.
That is why she has spent so much of her career helping mission-driven organizations become more efficient, more stable, and more capable of serving the communities that depend on them.
Beyond her professional work, she continues to advocate for world peace, children’s education, women’s education, and thoughtful investment in purpose-driven technology organizations.
